Course Description
This course provides a comprehensive study of the theory, preparation, and delivery of Christian sermons. Students will explore the theological mandate for preaching, learn critical biblical interpretation methods (exegesis) for sermon development, master various sermon structures (expository, textual, topical, and narrative), and develop effective public speaking and communication skills essential for proclaiming the Word of God with clarity, relevance, and power. The primary focus will be on the preparation and presentation of expository sermons.
